Impressum

The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice. The opinions expressed herein are personal. I encourage readers to assess the content critically and understand that disagreement is expected.

While I have taken great care to support my arguments and viewpoints with a substantial body of current scientific literature, I make no claims regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information presented.

This website is a private, non-commercial project. It has no religious or political affiliations. Although I occasionally include humorous remarks, I do not intend to disparage any author or editor or engage in personal attacks.

My primary goal is to inform a broad audience, particularly those lacking access to specialized content in physiology, biology, and philosophy. I aim to provide a reasonable scientific understanding of specific topics related to the polyvagal theory.

Artificial Intelligence: Since I'm not a native English speaker, all my texts have been checked and edited using AI solutions such as Deepl, Grammarly, and ChatGPT. Therefore, some online checkers may declare my texts partially or even wholly AI-written — which is not the case. 99% of my texts are written by me, based on thorough research and reflection, before I finally edit them.

I have had very constructive discussions with ChatGPT on many topics. However, for many topics I couldn't rely on the sources they gave me. I had to verify every piece of information. Many sources were just "hallucinations". DeepSeek was even worse. Jasper was chatty and not focused like many other tools.
